House Rules: No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $2500 fine will be imposed for violations, in addition to any costs associated with repairing damage caused by smoking (such as odor removal or cleaning). Pool Care To maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool, please refrain from throwing trash, foreign objects, or inappropriate items into the water. A $150 fine will apply, along with any costs for pool repair or cleaning if the rule is violated. Waste and Recycling Properly dispose of trash in the designated bins for recycling and general waste. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150 to cover the extra time and effort needed for proper disposal. No Parties or Events Parties, large gatherings, or any unauthorized events are strictly prohibited on the property. A $150 fine will be imposed for violations, and guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. Pet Hygiene If you bring a pet, please ensure it maintains proper hygiene inside the property. Pet waste or urine inside the house will not be tolerated. A $1500 fine will be charged for violations, along with any cleaning or damage repair costs. August 2025 4.0My overall experience was great, our only disappointment was that there was no pool table at the house like it shows on the pictures, maybe they should update the pictures I did let the host know since that was one of the reason we liked of the house. The communication was great also.

August 2025 4.0This place is worth the price if traveling with a large group. Everything was clean, everything you need to feel at home. Game room and movie theatre was nice and everyone said the beds were comfortable. The host was extremely responsive to all questions and needs we had throughout the stay. The only complaint we have is although it is a gated neighborhood and maybe it will not be everyone’s experience, but it was very loud. 88 Vacations said they reported it to the community but it did not seem to help. Many times the house would be shaking from bass of loud music and people screaming so loud you don’t know if they were in trouble or having fun up until 3-4am. Once again this could be different for everyone staying since it seemed like a lot of the homes were airbnb rentals, this was just our experience. Overall 4/5 stay. We would probably try the home again since it met our needs.
